1 - Access this module by clicking on the Integrated lenses menu

2 - Click on the Add integrated lenses button. Following this action a pop-up will open.

3 - Select the lenses and choose the necessary parameters.

• Status to be applied to lenses: this option will allow you to set the status of the integrated version according to the status of the base lens and/or the supplement.

• Auto generate product code: this tool facilitates the production of codes. The manufacturer codes will be generated and will be put identically on the EDI code (order).

If the boxes Start and Pitch are empty then the pitch of 1 is used.

If the checkbox is not selected then all integrated lenses will have the same code as the base lens. This will have an important impact in case of forgetfulness.

• The selection of the lenses is done with the blue buttons + or Add all. It is possible to use the filter as in the example to generate only those desired.

4 - At the top of the popup a summary of the selected lenses is displayed as well as the quantity.

When the choice of lenses is finished you can validate this step by clicking on the Next button.

5 - You are now on the second page which allows you to select the options.

6 - Check the options or the quantity you have defined.

Two optional check marks allow you to:

• Add version without option: allows to generate lenses without treatment.

• Use short names first: the generation of the name of the integrated lens will take the short name and not the name defined in the option.

Finally, click on the Add integrated lenses button.

7 - A generation report shows you the number of integrated lenses created or in error.

Usually the errors come from lenses that do not have an combination with the selected option.

All the integrated lenses created must have an existing combination first.

8 - Result of the generation

The columns in the order of appearance show the following data:

Code: new code of the integrated lens (it is advisable to check that there are no duplicates)

Name: indicates the final name of the integrated lens

Lens: this is the "base lens" used to create the integrated version

Option N°1: this is the option used for the creation of the integrated version. The name in the integrated version can be different if you use short names

In the example: yellow lines show different labels in the name of the lens and the option, the empty ones correspond to the versions generated without option.
