IWICATALOG - Users

On the Users home page you can create, modify or delete if you have an Administrator role.

🔴 1. You can create a new user by clicking on the icon representing a white + in a blue circle.

The user account’s email and password along with all its access to the catalog and authorized products are stored here.

🔴 2. You can modify the configured information for a user by clicking on the icon representing a note with a pen.

For example, you can give or limit the access to a new product or the catalog.

🔴 3. You can permanently delete a user by clicking on the red cross icon.

In case you still want to keep the user but remove its access to iWiCatalog, it is possible to make it inactive in the user account edition parameters (see 🔴 2).

🔴 4. The search bar allows you to search or filter your users.

 

As in most of our interfaces using a table, you have the Excel export functionality. It is located at the bottom left of the table above and is seen as the green Microsoft Excel icon.

 

By default, all columns are displayed on the table. However, if you think that some of them are not used, right-click on the first black line of the table and choose the option Choose columns to select the ones you want to see appear. A choice box will pop up to allow you to proceed with settings (see the image below).
