🙋♀️ How to access logs?
To access the import logs click on the Import upper menu and select the Logs tab.
📒 Table use
Like most of the tables on iWiCatalog you can filter this table in order to see the integration status, who made the import, with what file and in what format.
Here is the description of the different columns of the table:
The icon representing a note gives you access to the detailed report of an import. If you click on the save button you will open the report in an editing text. It is useful when the report takes a long time to read.
The gear allows to visualize the settings used for the import
The detailed report (Excel icon) allows you to download a file including status (unchanged, modified, created) for what has been modified on a product (production grid, price grid, etc.)
The diskette allows you to download the integrated catalog
Start date and time of the import
End date and time of the import
The concerned company by the import (useful if you have access to several companies)
The user who made the import
The product type indicate what type of product has been selected for the import
The type of update used
The groupment selected.
Filename displays the name of the imported file
The format specifies the selected format
State allows us to know if the import is pending, in progress or in error

Always check the report of import especially when the status is in Error, because it can contain various remarks. For example:
If the first column report is empty, get closer to our support team.
The content of the report provides various information and indicates the problem(s) found. The imported file will then have to be corrected (by you or by sending a new version by your supplier). A new import will then have to be performed.
