📘COMMERCIAL FILE - French EDI Codes

The commercial file is a complementary file requested by GrandVision in order to complete the product information that is not present in the SF6 format.

The aim is to provide a maximum of commercial information on packaged products.

This sheet is not mandatory to fill, it can remain empty

HOW DOES IT WORKS ?

If the global master code refers to an existing integrated lens, we checked if the product has the groupments given by the banner code:

  • Present groupments: We change the name and the code of the product groupments by Local Article Code and Local Article Name

  • Groupments not present but existing: We add the groupment to the product and change name and code of the product groupments by Local Article Code and Local Article Name

  • Groupments not present and not existing: We created the groupment and add it to the product and change the name and code of the product groupments by Local Article Code and Local Article Name

List of possible errors you can have on your import:

  • [Warning]: The sheet French EDI Codes is missing

    • check your excel file and verify that the French EDI Codes sheet is present

  • [Warning]: The integrated lens with global master code XXXXXX could not be found in the integrated lens tab

    • Check your integrated lens tab and verify that the global master code indicated is present

  • [Error]: The element with the global master code XXXXXX and the banner XX on line XX is duplicate

    • Check that globlal master code is only present once with this banner
