What is the iZyBuy module?

This module allows a distributor to manage a same product in order to separate the order to dispatch the order to the wanted manufacturer. The product can therefore be unique and ordered from multiple manufacturers/suppliers.

How to use it?

You have two options to update this information:

  • The iWi graphical interface in the iZyLabManager tab

  • The Excel interface available from the green Interface button

Graphical interface

  • Default provider: in case you work with several providers it is possible to make a default allocation if necessary. This makes it possible to indicate to which supplier the order should be sent in priority.

  • Provider: to chose the supplier who will receive the order

  • Range type: on which range the code applies. In the case of a single range product, the All selection is sufficient

  • Code: supplier’s product code

  • Calculator code: calculator code in case your supplier has one

  • The blue Add button is used to save the entered data

Excel interface

  1. Access the different Excel interfaces that iWiCatalog offers

  2. Choice of iZyBuy interface format

  3. Generate the missing lines. This button allows you to export all products even those without an iZyBuy code.

  4. Choose All or Checked depending on the filter made on the previous table.

Example of use

In the example below, the C00001 - iZy Sport 1.5 SAR lens will be ordered with the ZZZ001 code at my supplier. This code will be used while ordering

Only columns E, F, G and H are taken into account when integrating data into iWi.
