Packaging identification
GTIN: fill in the GTIN, EAN or UPC code of the packaging. Reminder: the GTIN code is equal to the UPC code (preceded by two zeros) and the EAN code (preceded by one zero)
Catalog state: to indicate the commercial action of the packaging
Modifed: commercially available in the opticians softwares, its order is then possible.
Deleted : the optician won’t be able to order a product that has been put in this state. The packaging won’t be visible in the optician software.
Associated contact lens
Consultez notre documentation sur les interfaces Excel To select the contact lenses to which the package will be associated. If the creation of the package is made from a contact lens then the selection will already be made. If the packaging is created from the packaging menu, the desired contact lens must be selected so that it appears above the table as in the example above.
Main characteristics
The display of the information required for packaging depends on the contact lens selected (type of vision and type of material). For example, for a spherical contact lens the cylinders and axes will not be visible so as not to create inconsistencies in the recorded data.
The limits displayed to the right of the input box allow you to know the limits of the contact lens. Any data entered out of limit will be modified according to the limits (max or min) of the contact lens.
Packaging imports
A CSV file is available to import all the packages. See our documentation on Excel interfaces: IWICATALOG - Mise Ă jour en masse via interface Excel.
Code Fabricant;Code distributeur;Code produit lentille;Code Enseigne (vide si The CSV file should be formatted as follows:
Manufacturer Code;Distributor Code;Contact lens Product Code;Groupement Code (empty if public);GTIN;DiamètreDiameter;RayonRadius;SphèreSphere;CylindreCylinder;Axe;Addition;Type Axis;Addition;Addition Type (1: Low, 2: Medium, 3: High)
Manufacturer code | Must match the contact lens manufacturer's code |
---|---|
Distributor code | Must match the contact lens distributor code |
Contact lens Product Code | Must match contact lens code |
