IWICATALOG - Using tables and search bar

The displayboards in iWiCatalog allow the data to be displayed according to the page you are viewing.

They display the necessary data. You can optimize them to get the desired display or apply filters.

If your company account has grouping families or signs, you can filter through these elements using the Family and Sign lists located above the table.

You can move the columns to put them in the order that seems most coherent to you: click on the header of the column to move and while holding your finger on the click, move to the desired location and release.

The presentation of the table is based on the profile. Each user can therefore customize his or her display.

📌Use filters

The checkboxes in the header (black part) are used to choose on which columns you want to apply a search.

If you right-click on the header line, you have several options:

  • Check all
  • Uncheck all
  • Choose columns 👉 allows you to display only the information you want
  • Restore default setting 👉 allows you to find the original display of the table

If you want to search for one or more terms, simply type them into the search bar.

For example, if you want to search on the word progressive, different possibilities are possible according to your wish:

  • progressive 👉 to search for all progressive lenses
  • -progressive👉 to search for all lenses that are not progressive. The - sign is used to exclude a term. It must be placed in front of the term, with no spaces between it.
  • "progressive lens" 👉 to search only for lenses containing this string of characters in the table results. Signs " allow you to focus your search on a term. They must be placed at the beginning and end of the character string, with no spaces between the first and last character.
