 The line highlighted in yellow highlights the option used to make the integrated version. You will notice that the combination is categorized into mandatory, included and hidden. You can see that the option coating has been removed because the management of incompatibilities is managed upstream between these two options. In the combination the price is indicated at 0€ because it is included in the price of the lens. | 
The two lines highlighted in yellow correspond to the integrable and incompatible options present on the lens. |
