FAQ - Excel format for lenses - Price grids tab
If the price is a single price then only one line (per lens) should appear, the following fields should remain blank:
Diameter
Sphere start
Sphere end
Cylinder start
Cylinder end
If there are different prices for a lens by diameter, then a row must be entered for each diameter.
If the pricing policy imposes different prices according to the sphere and/or the diameter, the following fields must be filled in:
Sphere start
End sphere (if the start sphere is filled in, it can remain empty if it corresponds to the last possible price for the spheres)
Start cylinder
End cylinder (if the start cylinder is filled in, it can remain empty if it corresponds to the last possible price for cylinders)
