Why is my import in "error"?

The problems often encountered on imports in Excel format are due to :

Following an update of the columns format could be added. Remember to make a new export of the Excel format in order to control the total number of columns per tab.

This is due to the fact that the file is not zipped. It will have to be zipped to be imported again.

SF6

The import report shows you an error of the type :

To correct this, the ZIP archive will have to be zipped a second time. The archive must contain an archive that contains all the files. Once the modification has been made the import should work correctly unless it contains errors.

For this kind of error, you can ask for a corrected version of the catalog or reintegrate the catalog by forcing the errors. You can of course make the corrections yourself afterwards.
