  • The validity date is before the date of the historization of the catalog.

  • You have made filters in the catalog settings (family, product, manufacturer, distributor) and they have been removed from the export following their application.

  • You make a Groupment export and the product is not assigned to the Groupment.

  • You make a Public export and the product is not public (Management on all types of products except options).

My combination are not exported, why?

Several cases are possible, depending on how you have configured your catalog. A link exists between what is filled in the question My options is not exported, why? some of the answers may already be there.

  • The options is Mandatory, included and hidden on the product to which it is associated and the format is not an Opto11 format.

  • The association Lens-options is not present on the lens in its public version.

  • The combinations exists between the lens and the options but has been disabled on the Groupment version of the Lens.

Creating a polarizing lens

A polarizing lens is a lens that must contain a polarizing options that will be associated to the minimum mandatory included. Usually the combinations lens-options is mandatory, included and hidden.

It will be necessary to:

1.Create a Lens

2. Create a polarizing options (type of surface treatment options).

3. Combine the lens and the options in Mandatory, Included and Hidden.

...

It is not necessary to have a polarizing options per polarizing shade. Indeed, it is simply something that will describe the lens. The optician will (in most cases) not see this options and will allow optician software to make filters on this kind of lens. This options being hidden or included will never be transmitted in EDI orders because it is an integral part of the lens.

Creating a photochromic lens

A photochromic lens is a lens that must contain a photochromic options that will be associated with the minimum mandatory, included. Usually the combinations lens-options is mandatory, included and hidden.

It will be necessary to:

1.Create a lens

2.Create a photochromic options(type of tint options).

3.Combine the lens and the options in Mandatory, Included and Hidden.

Info

It is not necessary to have a photochromic options per tint. Indeed, it is simply a data that will describe the lens. The optician will (in most cases) not see this options and will allow optician software to make filters on this kind of lens. This options being hidden or included will never be transmitted in EDI orders because it is an integral part of the lens.

Setting Prism and Cylinder Options

Often you have in your catalogues with prisms or cylinder options associated with your RX lenses. This is where you need to set them up. This kind of options can be set as mandatory and/or included, the minimum and maximum terminals that you enter will allow you to trigger when entering the options without any action from the optician.

If you have two Prism options (Prism < 4 and Prism >= 4), the minimum and maximum values of these two options must be indicated in the Measurements box:

  • Prism < 4: Minimum value = 0.25 and maximum value = 3.75

  • Prism >= 4: Minimum value = 4 and the maximum value can be limited or left empty.

In these two examples, three cases are possible:

  • The optician does not enter a prism value: the surcharge will not be included in the order.

  • The optician enters a prism of 2.25: the Prism < 4 options will apply if it is included or must be entered if it is simply mandatory.

  • The optician enters a prism of 6.5: the Prism >= 4 options will apply if it is included or must be entered if it is simply mandatory.

My product does not appear in the overview tables

There are several possible reasons why a product may not be in the results in the table:

  • Spelling error in the search bar

  • In the table top, the column on which the result is expected is unchecked (remember, searches are only performed on columns with a check mark in the header).

  • The column containing the result is not present in the table. Think of the right click on the table header to change the display of the columns. https://izysolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IE/pages/867500078/Copy+of+IWICATALOG+-+Using+tables+and+search+bar+modified+with+new+functionality

  • The options is in a deleted state. In this case, remember to disable the Hide deleted products checkbox.

  • You make filters on families and the product is not related to them.

  • You make filters on the Groupments and the product is not related to them.

  • The product does not exist in the catalogue

  • When importing the catalog, the product did not integrate. Go and see the report in the import logs. /wiki/spaces/IE/pages/896074155

How do I get an Opto11 R18 in the flat version?

Today, iWiCatalog does not export Opto11 catalogs in R18 version. You have to get closer to Eyes-Road which do translations from ebXML to Flat.

What is a public or non-public product ?

In iWiCatalog, the concept of public allows to indicate that the product is available for all opticians using your catalog. Non-public products are generally private label products that have no correspondence with a public version.

The catalog is set up in public or public and Groupment, the product will be present.

The catalogue is set up in Groupment products so any product, public or not, not attributed to the latter will not be present in the catalogue. Only the products attributed to the Groupment will be exported.
