📒 Table use

Like most of the tables on iWiCatalog you can filter this table in order to see the integration status, who made the import, with what file and in what format.

Here is the description of the different columns of the table:

1. The icon representing a notegives you access to the detailed report of an import. If you click on the save button you will open the report in an editing text. It is useful when the report takes a long time to read.

   1. The gearallows to visualize the settings used for the import

2. The detailed report (Excel icon) allows you to download a file including status (unchanged, modified, created) for what has been modified on a product (production grid, price grid, etc.)

3. The diskette allows you to download the integrated catalog

4. Start date and time of the import

5. End date and time of the import

6. The concerned company by the import (useful if you have access to several companies)

7. The userwho made the import

8. The product type indicate what type of product has been selected for the import

9. The typeof update used

10. The groupmentselected.

11. Filename displays the name of the imported file

12. The format specifies the selected format

13. State allows us to know if the import is pending, in progress or in error
