This interface allows you to update your prices for different types of products:

How to do ?

This functionality is available from the green Interface button located above the main tables showing the list of products.

To update prices, you need to use an Excel file, which you can download for the exact structure and then import as a zipped file.

Orange columns must be completed.

Lenses

It is possible to define several pricing policies based on the following parameters:

  • sphere

  • cylinder

  • diameter

  • the combination of the two or three parameters mentioned

Below we show you how to enter prices in Excel and how they will appear in iWi after import.

Only the orange columns need to be completed. If no power is indicated, this is a single price.

Different prices per cylinder

The min and max values of the cylinders must be entered in columns L and M.

In the example below, prices are defined for:

  • a cylinder up to 2

  • and one cylinder from 2.25. If there is no limit in the end cylinder, this means that the price is valid for the entire production grid from cylinder 2.25 upwards.

Different prices per diameter

In column N, enter the diameters to which the price should apply.

Different prices per sphere

Columns J and K contain the min and max values for the spheres.

In the example below, prices are defined for:

  • one sphere up to 2

  • a sphere up to 4

  • and a sphere from 4.25. If there is no limit in the end sphere, this means that the price is valid for the entire production grid from sphere 4.25 upwards.

Accessories, frames and care products

These three types of product use the same file format. It is much simpler than for lenses and does not require a lot of information.

Please note that the example below contains several types of product. The files must contain only one type.
